While it may be correct in your mind, roughly 7 billion people have been taught the words boy, girl, man, woman, Mr, Mrs, Miss, are all descriptive terms which refer quite clearly to people based on their actual physical, biological sex. If a trans-sexual demands that people call him/her Mr or Miss, I think a lot of people will just call them Transexual Sue or Surgically-altered female to male Bob, or some other totally accurate description. Is that the goal? Maybe some new terms can be invented to make everybody happy.

A man arrested last Friday for anti-Muslim hate crimes broke down in tears and expressed regret after his court arraignment Monday morning.

Frederick Nolan Sorrell, 49, was accused of second-degree intimidation after a Muslim couple was allegedly subjected to slurs and intimidation May 29.

Sorrell reportedly drove next to the couple for more than 20 blocks, according to a statement from The Oregon Committee of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

CAIR said he reportedly attempted to hit their vehicle several times and shouted "take off the (expletive) burka, this is America, go back to your (expletive) country" before mimicking firing a handgun pointed at the couple.

That's for greater legal minds than us to figure out. The penalty for speeding is a ticket, but you can still be charged with murder if you run someone over someone intentionally while speeding, manslaughter if you do it unintentionally.

Also you can be convicted over more than one crime but your prison sentence isn't based on the term of the lowest crime you are convicted of.

Pronouns aren't abuse. They may not be respectful, but they aren't abuse.

Like the "N" word, it's no crime to use it, and nobody should ever be thrown in jail/prison for using it. But if someone does use it and commits a crime or something that is civil actionable, use of that word is evidence of motive.

If the people aren't being fed, aren't kept warm, aren't given their medications, are kept in closets, and that sort of thing, it's abuse.
