I don't post much, but read alot.
For all the crap Kingspeed takes, I just want to say...

THANK YOU KINGSPEED!!!...

...for your consistent positivity, even if not practical.
I love how you never die out and have a belief that trumps any other Blazer fan on this forum.
Yes, sometimes, your predictions/statements seem unrealistic, but you believe and that aint nothin!

I just want to say, though I may not agree with you 100% of the time, I have 100% respect and admiration for you as a fellow Blazer fan.
Keep up the positivity and forget about the naysayers!!!

Kingspeed has started so many threads that it's good someone started one for him...it's like his NW division banner! Every team needs fans like Eric! Takes a lot of love to travel to all these games win or lose and keep on cheering! Well done KS and shoutout to Orion for the thread!
 
Kingspeed could have been great, but he didn't have the desire.
 
He coulda been a Brando, not just a contenda.

Hey King, writing that gives me an idea. You should master accents, like the Philly one. It worked for Meryl Streep.

I was born in New Jersey. I grew up in Springfield, Oregon. I became a fan after watching us get swept by the Lakers in 1989. I thought we were the better team. Then we got Buck Williams and went to NBA Finals. After losing in 90 & 92 NBA Finals (I can't get over 91 WCF either), I've been anxiously waiting for the day we get back there and finish the job. I majored in musical theater at Michigan and then moved to NYC in 1995. I've been on Broadway, TV, & film and I'm most famous for playing Zack Addy on the TV show Bones. I was in LA most of the last 10 years but I'm back in NYC now and plan on staying.

I was actually thinking that today, no joke. I know some but why am I not mastering them?
 
For starters, repeat Marlon Brando's famous line over and over, "I coulda been a contenda." Wear a fake moustache while you do. You need to feel comfortable in a disguise. You should affect a black cape wherever you go.

Learn to ride a horse. You never know when Westerns will come back. Buy my 70s clothes out of my closet. They may come back, too, plus it'll save me money on mint-scent mothballs.

But, I will say that while Mags and King are huge homers for the Blazers they are both kinda hard on under performing young players, especially Mags. Riverman is possitive about the team all around. Mags should be called Magpie for all the crow that he eats. LOL

Wow! I'm familiar with the show, but have never seen it. I watch VERY little tv and even record the Blazer games. That's why I never post in the game threads and really dont even read them, because I am always a day late and a dollar short. :)

NY is a long ways away to travel for season tickets at the Moda center. ;)

I used to live in NY for a few years myself. I was up in Orange county area near Newburg off the Hudson during 911. Spent a year in Yonkers. Im assuming your in the city.
I just checked out your On The Road thread. Fricken amazing!!! Now Im gonna have to start lookin for ya on road games!

Do you watch Grimm? What kind of 'creature' would you be?

My daughter is addicted. The two main actors are at Blazers games all the time. My daughter even gets excited when I point them out to her on the sidelines.

Get on that show and my daughter would idolize you. Even for one episode. You know enough time to be gruesomely mutilated or mutilate someone or whatever. LOL.
