Can OKC actually win this series?

Until the Thunder can win on the Lakers home floor in the playoffs they can't.

Well, duh. I think OKC has a great chance. Games 1 & 2 were very close. The Lakers simply have not played good basketball for over a month now. The Thunder have won 3 of their last 5 against the Lakers and in two of them they had a 33 point lead and 29 point lead respectively.

That, of course, is the problem. The Lakers haven't played well yet, but they still are in control of the series. We were able to win in LA without Roy, a fully healthy Thunder squad has yet to steal one there.

I doubt it. I guess what I'm doubting is that the Lakers stay in "don't care" mode long enough for the Thunder to steal the series, because the Thunder are definitely much less talented.

It's not impossible that the Lakers are in to deep with their apathy and won't be able to ratchet up the effort level in time. But they're enough better than the Thunder that they can probably just be buoyed by home court advantage to a series win.
