I'm not sure what you're looking for Sly. All those players played at some point during the season.

The first statement, "JJ Hickson gave up more points when he was in the game than when he was out of it."

How does a player give up points when he's not in the game?

The only explanation I can come up with is that his replacement gave up less than he did? But I don't think that's it, or it's really poorly worded.

Maybe the Blazers gave up more points when JJ was in than when he was out.

I think they mean this... He gives up more points playing in the game; then when he's on the bench and another bench player is defending.

LOL! I got his point, it was just worded oddly.

It is a well known phenomena sometimes promoted in the past here. It is called addition by subtraction. The Blazers gave up fewer points when the subtracted Hickson from the lineup as compared to when he was in the lineup.

Gramps...

How would my schtick translate?

I was bored and went slumming. If Cup and Jet weren't over there arguing that place would be done.

Those two are still at it? Haven't they met at Mt. Tabor yet?

P.S. I miss England Dan and Hank.
