Buch, kakko and chytil all played well as did lemieux. Fun watching these kids. 4 out of 5 without our best player

Staal is awful. He just makes dumb play after dumb play. Both Trouba and Staal should actually watch Lindgren play. Lindgren rushes back to get the puck and quickly makes a play with it. Trouba and Staal do the same, stupid thing over and over. They slow down going for puck, let the forward push them in the back and then lose the puck at least half the time along the boards. It's pathetic.

As a longtime Hank critic I tip my hat to his performance tonight, finally team Sweden Hank showed up! Nice response after the Ottawa game when they let Tkachuk get in their heads. Strome is going to cost a team if they want him especially with his free agency status, I would keep him. Over .500 now need to keep it going.

DeAngelo is looking like the one year bet on himself may get him a nice raise, maybe not from the Rangers. I think i might keep him over Strome if they have to choose. Maybe both can stay if Kreider leaves.

I am hoping Andersson is sent to the minors at this point. They are wasting this kids career with crap linemates. I think it would be a mistake to deal him but I'm not convinced the organization won't. Until crappy Smith and Staal are off this team, at least 2 of our prospects will suffer for it. Lindgren should not be scratched another game this season if he plays like he has. I would rather see Lias get 20 minutes a night in the AHL for another year. I hope JD and Gorton protect this kid and get him away from Quinn. Quinn should be fired at the end of this season. This team is atrocious defensively and has been all year. The amount of shots they allow is embarrassing. Ruff stinks as well. They need to bring the Hartford coach up and give him the job.

I wouldn't be surprised if they move Andersson for Puljujarvi and roll the dice on his upside over what seems to be a limited ceiling for Lias. He could help the Oilers now as an upgrade on their 3rd/4th line.
