Crazy ass Russians.

Either something is seriously wrong with that tunnel or there sure are a bunch of morons living in that city. Perhaps foreigners?

There was another video I saw a couple of weeks ago, it was in Moscow, in one of their highways, they had some crazy crashes like every other day. lol

This is the same in all Eastern Europe though. No matter what the sign says the speed limit is, they will always double it.
