It was a joke. I was trying to diffuse a situation while attempting to cheer up a person who I just found out has cancer. After our multiple exchanges the night before I thought you'd appreciate the joke.

I guessed wrong. I have received your email. I was not saying and have ever said that you and Mediocre Man have had or are having "a beef".

The mods and staff at S2 do not want you gone.

S2 members do not want you gone.

I admit that I was absolutely wrong for mentioning you at all. That must have been very painful when you read that. I am sorry.

It wasn't painful, Sly!

I just found the context of the discussion to be a miss at the time. MM has been alluding to health issues, but I had no idea they were as serious as he shared with us last night. You're a good guy, I'm over it!

Seriously, man? Learn to take a joke.

I take plenty of jokes here. Finding out how serious MM's situation is, and seeing me included in it, pissed me off. I'm good now. Guess I wasn't in a joking mood when finding out MM has tumors in his brain.

Apology accepted. Next time try to contain yourself a bit more before starting in with the name-calling.

trying to turn it around again, huh? still not going to work for you. the truth is that you have proven yourself to be sexist by your comments; there's no denying that. it has nothing to do with name calling. it's 100 percent about the sexism you seem to commonly practice.

Have you not been to many Stanford football games? There are no real Stanford football fans. It's a joke. Stanford stadium never fills up and the fans are the quietest in college football. I doubt there will be much interest in a Stanford football forum.

if you must know, i've been to every home game over the past three seasons, the games at Cal last year and two seasons prior, as well as the rose bowl back in january. so the stadium isn't completely full (though it has been a few times) ... that doesn't mean the fans are not real fans. if you think the stadium is the quietest in college football, you've never been to a game at Cal. then again, it's clear from your comments that you've never actually even been to a Stanford game. your "analysis" of Cardinal fandom shows that. but please, keep digging your hole.

It appears you don't have the right temperament to handle posting on an interwebz forum. It took you about 2 days to play the sexism card.

you're kidding right? have you seen the kinds of stupid shit this forum spouts about women? jesus

We (and most people) make fun of all types of people. People should be able to make fun or jokes out of anything and anyone.

Lots of women get overly sensitive and freak out about it.

That ain't my fault, and I don't give any more shits than I do about a guy getting butthurt about a joke.

A black man walks in to the bar. The dike next to the very black man looks like it's holding back a floodgate of aggression. The chinaman notices him saying "ouch"! As the dike bursts and water spills out onto the floor.

The gay pride parade kept marching on.

Ugh. No. This defense is often used by people who want to tell sexist and racist jokes in public and suffer no recourse. "I'm sorry you were offended." Barf.

You can say all the stupid shit you want but you can't get mad when people think you're a dickbag because of it. Oh sorry I was being sexist, but you're just overly sensitive. lol ladies and their emotions, am i right fellas?

Just like people can think someone is being a d-bag when they point these things out time and time again when nobody means anything by it. Get over racism and laugh about it, I think its funny when someone calls me whiteboy or cracker or redneck. Racial stereotypes are hilarious. I don't think I'm the only one that feels that way, hell, Dave Chappelle made tons of money off making fun of each race and the stereotypes associated with them.

I fully respect people's rights to say racist shit, whether it's a joke or not. You just have to understand that not everyone knows, or cares, it's a joke because not everyone can "get over racism."

I know this, I got to hear all about it in ethnic studies classes. How white males are terrible people and the majority can never experience racism. Fuck that. I've experienced racism multiple times when I was dating an Indian girl and all the Indian guys she was friends with treated me like shit because I was a white boy.

This thread has morphed into sheer ugliness. I'm sorry, Kass. I really am. :(

Fucking crackers man. They think they are sooooo salty

any pick up line you can think of has worked at least once

"hey, want to eat this bowl of cat hair with me?"

And therefore you have the goddamn right to say any stupid racist thing you want... because you got over your traumatic experiences, right? Why can't everyone else just get over it? You did. Good job.

Were you even paying attention in your "ethnic studies" class?
