Mike Rice @mikerice6

Looks like landry will sign with n.o.thur but maybe jason smith of n.o.will not. Would be good get for blazers

If we don't get Crawford our bench is going to suck.

I guess at that point we could try to grab Reggie Evans for a one year deal. Theres just about nobody else left out there worth a damn.

How does Rice have the scoop? I haven't read about this anywhere else.

if Crawford keeps dickin around and then goes to Sac we get screwed

I would love to get Landry, but don't understand why Portland is even on his radar. We can only offer him 3-5 million, he's worth a lot more than that.

His knees are good though.

Actually, I think he had a season-ending ACL tear as a rookie.

HCP wouldn't like him though...he's white and "relies" on athleticism. And shooting jumpers.

Once Jamal Crawford picks Sacto after his 5 days of decision-making, who will be available for the Blazers to try and sign?

He and Shawne Williams are trending worldwide right now on Twitter. WTF is going on?

What if we don't do any deals? What if we wait and see just where we stand, giving some of the youngsters burn? Who knows maybe one of them turns out to be a diamond in the rough. The free agent pool this summer is arguably one of the strongest. Add that the draft is strong too; you have a lot of flexibility and creativity to possibly land some top tier talent.

I actually think this is a good approach. There aren't a lot of impact players left that are actually worth the MLE, so if they really need some warm bodies, they could probably sign some D-league guys to minimum contracts to round out the roster and get largely the same impact as wasting money on Evans or Fesenko.
