Don't know if this was posted yet but he is seeing him regarding his knee. Isn't Andrews usually the arm guy?

...Jill, as far as I know his orthopedic center pretty much covers a broad range of sports musculoskeletal system problems.

...it's just a precautionary visit.

Precaution? Hmmmm....water on the knee just doesn't happen without an underlying inflammation issue. In the NFL...you get that drained on a Tuesday and you suit up and play on the following Sunday. Its not a 15 day thing unless there is something else of concern.

Carmello Anthony had the same issue with the knee needing to be drained last year. There's a difference with a pitcher since it's either your push off or landing leg.

...we have no idea exactly how much fluid is there or what is causing it or whether a procedure will be required...which is why the team said CC is seeing Dr. Andrews "as a precaution".

I guess a bionic arm replacement, is out of the question...! The six Million Dollar Man (Lee Majors) sold his legs and arm to Dr. Andrews. Due to inflation, over 40 years, the 6 million dollar man's spare parts, are now worth 20 to 25 million...!

...after the precautionary visit, Dr. Andrews says "no structural damage".

...but I did find this amusing;

"The left-hander was placed on the 15-day disabled list Sunday after pitching 5 1/3 innings with intolerable pain. The discomfort first surfaced in his previous start against the Rays, but Sabathia did not disclose the information. He decided to reveal the injury Sunday because the irritation persisted."

...sure CC, more like you brought up your sore knee only because your high level of suckage has persisted.

Not quite on the a-rod scale of ludicrous contracts but that cc extension for god knows what reason is looking like a close 2nd.

CC a compulsive shopper? Shopping for a excuse why he sucks....

Perhaps he's suffering from giant Brain Hemorrhoids, disturbing his delivery....

Then in all fairness, perhaps CC lost his balls, and now lacks the testosterone to throw a ball harder than his sister.

Unless Dr. Andrews is either a head doctor or a f'king chef he's not going to be able to help CC.

I think Dr. Andrews is either a gynecologist or urologist....He will say CC lost his ballz, or is on the rag....wait that's Mary Poppins, aka Julie Andrews, my bad....!

"just a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go round"-Lord I hated that movie.
