Cell Phone Problem

<span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:100%"><span style="font-family:Arial">My cell phones screen is completely white, and on the outside of the phone where you can see the time, its really faint. Anyone know how to fix this or what to do? My buddy has the same phone and I tried switching batteries and that didnt work, and I've turned it on and off several times. Any ideas?</span></span>
