I just ordered the Pixel 4a.

Pixel 5 comes October 29th. It is said to have the same old aging sensor in the camera which might be a bit disappointing.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3.... 6 I think? The battery is really bringing me down though, so I'm thinking about the Iphone SE or the new $350 Pixel that was mentioned. The Motorola Sly just showed looks nice though because I need a great battery.

I ended up getting an SE for 250, it's really nice besides the screen being the same size as my Samsung. Switching from Android to IOS was no bid deal though.

Preordered the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Has five fucking lenses on it. Since there isn't a memory card anymore, I ended going with the 512 GB version. Shit is like $1400 retail (I did a trade in with my S10+, getting some free accessories, etc). With the Trade in, came out to $826 out the door, but it came with 2 cases (promo credit), the new Samsung Galaxy Buds pro and their version of the tile. Also got 10% using Rakuten on the web browser off the retail paid not including the inflated sales tax so knock $60 off that too.

Contemplating actually getting insurance on it now since its so fucking expensive, its usually probably not worth it, but who knows. $144 a year x 2 years = adds an extra $300 to the cost of the phone.

I'll be taking dope pics of my food and shoes now though.

I think the video on iphone is always premium, the photos on this are supposed to be good. hopefully I'll be doing a lot of travelling soon, so take them photos!

Samsung Galaxy S20. Love it, as proprietary devises go. Battery lasts forever, and the camera is out of this world.

I can look up your nostril from 30ft away.

I got it for freed when my wife broke her phone... And they gave us a free line as well... Not sure how that pencils out?

Eagerly anticipating some FOSS phones. I want to see how the Librem 5 works as well as the development of the Pine Phone.

Physical on/off switches and removable batteries FTW.

pre-ordered the s21+....first new phone in three years. My note8 has been amazing, no problems, but its time to move on.
