No elite players at the top, but overall a fairly deep draft. Anyone drafting late in the lotto (i.e The Portland Trailblazers) can find a good player.

Now we may fuck the pick up, but there will be some talent available.

There are a lot of centers being considered top-15 picks (Noel, Zeller, Gobert, Len, Austin, Olynyk, Plumlee, McGary...)--maybe we'll be lucky enough to have the top picking teams get all excited about big guys, and have one of the top wings drop to us.

If any one of McLemore, Smart, Bennett, Porter, Oladipo, or Muhammad drops to 12, I'd be thrilled. That's 6 SG/SF's. If Trey Burke goes top 11, that means that we need 5 centers to be picked in that range as well. Anyone see any chance of that happening?

Why? Isn't he a cheaper version of Pek? Solid rebounder, big body with a nice mid-range shot. Tough with a solid work ethic. I love the Laimbeer comparison.
