Text is really bad, and the player effects arent good either.

Take off the glow on the text. The text could also be better, the one you chose looks too simple. Also, I don't really like how the pic blends in with the background. And the jersey in the background doesn't really look that good either. Placement of pic and text is good and the background looks good but fix up the pic and the text and it'll look better.
