Australia's Chad Reed won the RedBud National on Saturday for his fourth AMA Pro Motocross Championship victory of the year, winning the first moto and finishing third in the second.
The Honda star has a 16-point lead over Kawasaki's Ryan Villopoto in the 450 Class standings after six of 12 events. Villopoto, from Poulsbo, Wash., was third overall, finishing ninth in the first moto and winning the second.
"Each time I went out on the track today, it was different," Reed said. "I learned a lot about my bike, and a lot about myself as a person about the decisions I need to make on race days."
