Channing Frye - Sixth Man of the Year?

Ben Gordon won it as a rookie last year. What do you think are the chances of Frye being the second rookie to win it? So far he's putting up 15 points, 6 rebounds, and shooting 53% from the field. He has a +15.87 efficiency rating which is higher than any current sixth man I can think of; even higher than Ben Gordon's last year. In addition, he's also had two 30-point games and might finish with a couple of more when the season ends.

I forgot about Crawford. I think Frye has the edge on him though since he's more efficient. Crawford is a good candidate, especially if he has more nights like he did yesterday against the Cavs. He just has to stay more consistent. In losses he has 11 less points in wins.

Lack of consistency is what will prevent Crawford from being 6th moy. It is also why Frye has a chance of being the man....because he has been nothing but consistent thus far this season. I like Frye's chances.

With Frye and Crawford, the Knicks have two legitimate sixth man contenders. The closest someone comes is I beleive Luol Deng and he's not as efficient as them.

forget luol deng, no way he can compare to frye or crawford, scoring wise, jamal is a way better scorer than luol deng is, and luol deng's avg ppg just dropped to like 13.7, so i think jamal is gonna win it this year but i really hope frye wins it though
