I think Barkley is funnier than shit! Never hated on the guy. His color commentating skills is hard to listen to.

Barkley is very funny - but he talks out of his ass more often than not. He just loves teams that go in the post and play physical. Now that the Blazers do it for a little while - he is all crazy about them - but the reality is that he never said last year that Dallas will win it all - so his predictions are about as reliable as his ability to tell who the real good players are (Yao Ming will never score 20 points in the NBA).

Barkley's honest, even if he is inaccurate at times. I know a lot of Blazer fans don't want to hear his opinions but he was right about the Blazers being a jump-shooting team who couldn't make noise until they changed their style of play.

He's a closet Blazer fan. It's no secret he wanted to be traded here. Imagine:

Which comes to tell you that Charles has his biases - like everyone else, and that his biases are just that - biases. A team that has good, reliable jump shooters can be better than a team that takes a lot of close/at the rim shots but does it poorly.
