Read legal analysis from both the left and right....consensus this is felony territory. Now sports fans and constitutional scholars......anyone care to answer this question.....what does a felony conviction prevent you from doing?

This isn't an oops kinda thing. She's on record telling her people at State not to do it and she bitch at Bush people for doing it a decade ago which is why we have laws governing this. So yeah, going to be hard for her to avoid investigation....she would likely plea out. But this is gonna kill her political career once and for all.
