I have yet to figure out why people think that wild animals are something you want to keep around. Every year we have folks who are killed by snakes, lions, cougars, chimps, alligators, you name it. It would really help if people would just figure out that you aren't supposed to keep these animals. Then they don't fuck you up when your least expected. They are called wild animals for a reason. You're getting to areas I'm not supposed to talk about lol. There are secure places throughout the zoo that have rifles in them in case of a escape. They also have the police and swat on call if something were to happen.

2 year zoo keeping degree or 4 year zoology/biology/animal science degree.. plus internships. even then extremely hard to get job. deal with urine, vomit, poop, semen everyday. get paid nothing. get worms once a year. and wash your hands BEFORE you use the bathroom. can't wait.
