First of all, a peace prize awarded by the largest jailer in the world? By a government that murders it's own citizens for speaking their thoughts out loud? That holds 20% of the world's population against their will? That is currently holding this year's Nobel Peace Prize winner in it's prison?
Second, I realize the $15,000 cash that comes with it amounts to many decades of income for the median Chinese labor camp detainee, but it falls a bit short of the $1,500,000 the Nobel Peace Prize delivers.
Third, rather than a gold medal and a diploma like the Nobel offers, the Made in China Peace Prize is made of lead and cadmium and comes with a fortune cookie.
