Eagles must have given him full control over personnel and given him a hefty raise. Kinda douche of him to leave when he already said he was staying. Oh well GL to you in the NFL Chip when you play everyone not named the Cowboys.

How do you know it will be worse? Maybe he changes up the recruiting that so many fans are complaining about (Not saying this is you) How do we know he wont make some different calls, i.e. not stubbornly running into a defense's strength like Chip could do. This currently loaded team is built for the system that Helfrich runs. I cant say he will be worse without seeing him run it.
 
If only they could convince Tony Dungy to come coach.

Chris Petersen was an assistant who took over for a dominant head coach when Dan Hawkins left Boise for Colorado.
