The render is a little bright and the text needs work but otherwise I like this a lot.
 
textwork needs help here and yeah it is a little bright.
 
IDK what the black is at the bottom if it's a gradient or not but I'd tone it down a little. Good work.
 
I don't really like the picture or effect and neither the text. It looks alright.
