Okay this is a place you don't want to go unless visiting a Disney park.

If somebody is acting stupid on the news chances are they live here.

If you thought Casey Anthony was the craziest bitch here you might be wrong.

If you want to get away with murdering somebody, move here.

Organ Grinder > Chuck E Cheese

Whatever happened to the Organ Grinder?! I spent some of my best birthdays there. Somebody told me they turned it into a low rent club or something.
The only thing Chuck E. Cheese ever gave me was borderline food poisoning from their cardboard pizza. Hard to believe that's the Atari founder's finally legacy....
well that an a bunch of ET games buried in the fucking desert!

I liked the pizza. But then again I was a kid. Shit was good they had that cornmeal crust...thin crust hawaiian with a pitcher of Cherry Coke.

Pole Position
Alpine Ski
Tron
the Skiball games

good shit.

Turned into an asian buffet for a while. Organ went to Arizona somewhere.

A part of me misses cheap arcade games. I have fond memories of going to get a soda at Wunderland and then playing Tail Gunner till my elbows hurt. There's a retro 80's arcade in Portland somewhere my friends sometimes go to now. They say it cost fifty cents to play Tron! Where the hell is the fun in that!

aren't there some Wunderland's around still?

Yeah, I basically lived at Wunderland in Jr High

I think there is one left in Portland at a movoe theater somewhere. And there may be a few arcades in Salem. Yeah. I pretty much lived there as well in middle school.

Sounds like we need to hold our next forum get together at Chuck E Cheese.

They got big screens to watch the game there? Man, if it's a loss it's not going to be good in there

This country has gone to hell in a handbasket

Oh wait, they say it's true.

Did you even read the article? You're using palter to push an agenda.

Here... I'll help you out....

""Jack Stokes, AP's director of media relations, confirmed today that [photographer Dave] Martin says he witnessed the people in his images looting a grocery store. "He saw the person go into the shop and take the goods," Stokes said, "and that's why he wrote 'looting' in the caption.""

My disaster plan has a looting component, it's why I own guns.

Last I saw The Organ Grinder was an all you can eat buffet. I go to the El Burrito Loco a block from there on occasion, which is where a Wendy's used to be.

I still hit up The Avalon for a cheap movie a few times a year.

Chuck E. Cheese was a crappy experience even as a kid.

We usually celebrated birthdays at the Organ Grinder or Pietro's Pizza.

I once pulled Chuck E's tail and he turned around and pinched my nose really hard. I learned my lesson that day.

Damn it's gonna hit that bad huh...looks like you won't have to shoot anybody then, the hurricane will do your job for you
Surprise surprise there was looting and murders during evacuation. Especially when police evacuated.

Sunshine Pizza Express yo!

Fuddruckers was a good time too. Man those were fun times, you go to Wunderland, parents give you like 10 bucks in nickles and you're there for hours, then grab some pizza afterwards. Shit, maybe we only got 5 dollars each.

Also a few b-days at Skate World and the Watertube Park at Washington Square.

Do people do shit like that still? Seems like a lot of the new birthday parties nowadays are so parents could show off.

Man, you are gettin' my memory flowing with the old days!

We had some birthdays at:

Big Dipper Arcade and Miniature Golf (was located on McLoughlin Blvd years ago)
Ultrazone Lazer Tag near Oak Grove Movie Theater
Games People Play Arcade near Clackamas Town Center
Sellwood Park BBQ and Super Soaker water gun fights
Oaks Amusement Park and Skating Rink

We went to Fuddruckers for one of my birthdays. I was sick from eating some of the food and accidentally vomited while at the salad bar!
