Man, my father got my wife and I an El Gaucho gift card for $200 for xmas a couple years ago..... had a great meal, but nothing crazy. Salad, potatoes and steak and a couple drinks and we still had to pay $150!

Moving from a gas grill to pellet has been the best move for us. I smoke Tri tip and Ribs etc all year round.

Nothing better than a good game with a beverage and some quality BBQ!

right? i have a barrel type smoker. love smoking on it. it's a hell of a lot more labor intense than a pellet smoker, but it's all good.
