However, the lack of opportunities has changed the view of the forward and openly discussed already find a solution to current staff scenario. In his last year of contract, what is clear is that Victor Claver wants to play in the NBA. "If not here have to find a solution to this situation"

Asked about his relationship with the coaching staff and explanations to their role within the team, Claver said that "what I convey is that in the team there are other players who think they deserve to play in front of me. I respect that, but my goal is to have the opportunity to enter the rotation and to play, and for that work hard every day "

Comfortably installed in the city and grateful for the treatment of the franchise and followers, Claver only lacks the opportunity and minute track to be happy in Portland. "I love the franchise, the city and the treatment of people, but I think I'm ready to play and if you can not be here must be another destination, "a Claver who thinks miss the opportunities that come to you." I'm in my last year of contract and want the chance to prove that I can help the team win games, "he concludes.

Sorry Victor. You'll become a star next year with San Antonio, though.

There goes our team chemistry.

I feel bad for the guy. He'll probably get a shot somewhere.

I'm one of the few that think Vic got a raw deal here. He's a smart defender, good passer, rebounder. He has not had enough court time to get his shot going. In my opinion, he's better than 4 other bench players on the team. I'd like to see him traded or at least bought out so he can get on with his career. Some teams do value defensive specialists.

I honestly would love to see him play before Barton sometimes. Barton just looks lost out there, specially last night.

You are not alone... I wish he could get some burn

I am a proponent of trading trob with others and part of the reason is I think given a chance the heady play of claver would be great at bu pf.

I would like to see him have another chance too. He's probably a better shooter than his numbers indicate, but even if not, he does a lot of little things and plays his role. I don't know why the coaches have written him off....they see him more in practice than we do though so they must know something.

I don't know why he hasn't at least gotten some run during any part of the blowouts.

Last season they had a write in question interview with Wes and I asked him which Blazer player had more to offer than fans have seen or something along that line and he didn't hesitate to answer. He said, Vic is the best bench player that we don't get to see. He also said he's a better shooter than we've seen. High praise from Wes.

...like Sergio and Rudy before him, Portland despises the Conquistadors!

Maybe stotts doesn't like Spaniards?

We cant lose claver then we will never have an all white guy line up. Kamen rolo leonard claver blake.

what, no love for Freeland??

I wish Victor played more, I like how he plays. But I'm not sure he has a role on this team.
