It is projected that the world will lose all glaciers between latitudes 30N and 30S, some of the most densely populated ares on the planet. As the population grows rapidly in some of these countries, the country itself changes from being a net food exporter to a food importer. The US, traditional a food exporter is slow sliding to the neutral position, while countries like Kenya with a very rapid population growth has rapidly changed from a large food exporter toward the neutral position since becoming free from the British Empire.
It will be interesting to see what becomes of places like Brazil with largest population in South America when all the glaciers are gone in the Andes and only the rain fall sustains the rivers such as it will.
With more and more importer coming to maturity, where will we find the exports needed?
Do we have a problem foreseeable, not too distant future?
