MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica (AP) - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is questioning the priorities of lawmakers criticizing the U.S. intervention in Libya.

She's asking bluntly, "Whose side are you on?"

I'm interested to see what happens in this topic...

First, Congress seems to be within their rights to demand the President come to them with a request for action in Libya. (I say "seems to be" b/c one could make the argument that he's already "scaled back" the inital military action, but that's for another thread). I saw on the news today that the House voted "against the conflict" but voted to still keep paying for it. I'm not a parliamentarian, I don't know exactly what that ends up meaning.

That said, it seems as if at least the House (and depending on the McCain/Kerry bill, probably the Senate) doesn't a) want the President to do what he's doing and b) think it's legal for him to continue doing so. IF he's abusing his powers as C-i-C, does that set him up for stuff like impeachment?
