Looks good except the text, dont really like it.

Shouldn't have the pic same color as the BG, duplicate the layer, make the above image layer the same color as BG, and change the layer style try Soft Light, or something, or just lower the opacity.

I like it how it is right now, it has an old school look to it, like a black and white look like all the throwback players would be seen, it goes with the theme here cuz it says "already a FedEx legend" and when I think of legends I think of stuff like this:
