The funniest thing is he is all over TMZ fro mdating that Kendal Kardashian girl and now he will have ot break up with the cali snob girls. HAHAHAHA

Not necessarily. Klohe is at all of Tristan Thompson's home games. If she'll travel to Cleveland, Kendall will go to Detroit.

Yeah other than Blake is an asshole, a pathetic leader who will make 38 mil by the time is contract is up, is injury prone, and has punched a teammate in the face in a bar fight.....it is the exact same scenario.
Exactly. Neither team will seriously contend the way they are constructed.

Nice means shit.

Yeah but Cavs games are an event because of Lebron. What’s at a pistons game?

Because they're rebuilding, and would get two draft picks in return. They won't be signing anyone in the next couple years and Gallinari's contract is already a deadweight. So cap flexibility doesn't matter to them. The picks would be valuable.

If they need a 3rd pick, do it.

Can't happen:

If you acquire a player in a trade, you may trade that player straight up for another player immediately. If you wish to package that player with another and make a trade, you must wait 60 days.

60 days is about 50 days too late.

I am surprised that Blake didn't have a no-trade clause. At least LAC was smart enough not to give him that. Even though they weren't smart enough not to overpay him. Maybe he wanted a no-trade clause but they upped their offer to him to compensate for not giving him what he wanted.

Good point and now they’ve can practically travel together with how cLose Cleveland is to Detroit.

So this means Lillard was right.

Trade Machine should have player ages. Clips have a lot of rotation players 28 or older.
Harris is 25. Bradley just turned 27. Griffin was 28.

So, they got younger, and added 2 draft picks too. It'll be interesting to see if they re-sign Bradley in the offseason.

Any interest in...
Teodosic, Jordan, Gallo, Lou Williams, Wesley Johnson, Pat Bev.?

Another thing bout the clippers; they got jerry west. He’ll probably find a way to get Lebron and George.

I think that’s his plan. If they didn’t have the Gallinari and DJ contracts they could have made a pitch to Boogie PG and Lebron if someone was willing to take a pay cut. They still might try.

What’s their cap situation looking like after this deal and assuming Jordan opts out/gets dumped?

I just wonder why we didn't jump in a 3-team trade to pickup Tobias Harris and Avery Bradley. Those guys are exactly what we need. I would've offered Meyers, Turner, and our 2018 and 2020 1sts to LAC for Harris and Bradley. That's a huge upgrade. Flip Napier and Vonleh for a 1st or pieces and then use those pieces to get Tyreke Evans and then we'd be cooking with something:

Lillard / McCollum / Baldwin
McCollum / Bradley / Connaughton
Harris / Evans / Harkless
Aminu / Collins / Swanigan
Nurkic / Davis

We'd have the best bench in the entire league.

I assume LAC is going full rebuild so 3 picks for Griffin would've been solid. Bradley is likely to leave there anyway and is Tobias Harris worth that much to them...?

If they could get a 1st for Jordan and Lou Williams, they'd be adding 5 future 1sts... That's how you start a rebuild.
I’d like to trade CJ for Avery Bradley and Tobias Harris.

Hopefully we could get rid of Meyers in the deal. Something something salary cap.

The two can only be traded again by themselves. Not in a package. And for the next 60 days. But i would have loved this deal!

There was no way we could have got into this deal and got any of the pieces that have been traded with a package of Evan Turner and Meyers Leonard, no matter how many picks we attached.

Yeah, that was my answer. LAC should be getting those players in any trade for blake. Not us. That's silly.
I think they should the additional 1sts from us instead of those guys. Bradley likely leaves so you're stuck with Harris vs. Two/Three POR 1sts and bad contracts.

The value of our picks is not that great, really. They are bound to be between 11 and 20 and that's not very good and certainly worse than Tobias Harris is.

Similar to last Summer when people thought no. 15, no. 20 and no. 26 was better than Oladipo and Sabonis.

Clippers are not looking to tank right now, therefore it's better to have Harris than a mid-first pick.

So if Tobias Harris isn't worth 3 picks between 11 and 20, than what is he worth?

You were talking about 2018 and 2020 firsts, and not just for Harris alone but also for offloading one of our terrible deals. To offload a terrible deal you need to offer one 1st round pick, Harris is worth more than a mid-first.

Which is why I said offer 3 firsts if needed.
