Is this directed at LA?

Maybe he's just posting something to inspire Blazer fans. Like, we are doing the right thing by rebuilding rather than looking for the silver bullet in free agency?

Edit: Or it's simply a tweet meant to inspire people to work hard and not seek short cuts. We saw Dame working out with the summer league team when he didn't have to. Nothing malicious behind it.

Unreal

Man, things have not been working out for the Mavs lately. Their fans seem to be excited about the Matthews signing, and they don't even love Matthews like Blazer fans do, but I think most of us would be worried about retaining him for 15 million. They will be worse than Portland next year.

Whoa he pulled a reverse Aldridge

Yeah they might be the worst team in the west next year; them or Denver or Minny.

There is going to be some vociferous booing in Mr Jordan's future.

This is going to have a big impact on FA in the future. What the Clippers did was about as bush league as it gets and Jordan handled it poorly as well.
Wouldnt shock me if Cuban told Jordans agent he would never sign another player that was his client.
This is going to have huge ripple effects that we wont even fully grasp until heading into next years FA period.

There will be a bunch of this tough talk but I'm pretty sceptical. When the Knicks, Raptors, Jazz, Suns did something similar there wasn't any fallout. Yes Jason Kidd, Hedo Turkoglu, Carlos Boozer, and Antonio McDyess all did this with NBA teams. At the end teams will do whatever trade gives them the best return and players will sign where they get the most money and want to play. The Clippers might not have the benefit of a quick verbal agreement deals but that's it in my opinion.

I'm glad the Clippers stayed strong! i want this conference to be as strong as possible against the Spurs.
