Got the call this morning I've been waiting for....Aug 30....5:30 in the morn I get zapped....4 hour procedure...can't wait to get the heart rebooted so I can go back to taking long walks....lifting things...excercising more intensely...it's a good day today knowing it's a few weeks away!

I've had it done. Walk in the park. In my case my heart was often beating at a rate of 150 sometimes 180. They tried it to see if they could get the rate closer to normal. Didn't work for me. Had to resort to drugs. Drugs work good but now I have a problem with low blood pressure. It's a balancing act in my case.

Well, I just one anecdote but a positive one if it means anything.

Had to go get refitted for a tux for my son's wedding yesterday.....in 6 weeks I've gone from a 39 inch waist to a 34 inch waist....something good has come from this health problem!
