<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Respondents favored Clinton by greater than 2-to-1 margins when asked who did a better job at handling the economy (63 percent Clinton, 26 percent Bush) and solving the problems of ordinary Americans (62 percent Clinton, 25 percent Bush). (Watch whether Americans are getting nostalgic for the Clinton era -- 1:57)On foreign affairs, the margin was 56 percent to 32 percent in Clinton's favor; on taxes, it was 51 percent to 35 percent for Clinton; and on handling natural disasters, it was 51 percent to 30 percent, also favoring Clinton. Moreover, 59 percent said Bush has done more to divide the country, while only 27 percent said Clinton had. When asked which man was more honest as president, poll respondents were more evenly divided, with the numbers -- 46 percent Clinton to 41 percent Bush -- falling within the poll's margin of error. The same was true for a question on handling national security: 46 percent said Clinton performed better; 42 percent picked Bush.http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/05/12/bush.clinton.poll/</div>

I like Clinton more than Bush but Clinton had things a hell of a lot easier....Bush still sucks.

Clinton also didn't make America even more hated around the World than they a;ready were. Infact Clinton was a fairly popular President Worldwide. Bush, unfortunately gives Americans a very bad image.

Not only did Bush give Americans a bad image, he made other areas of the world look bad to America.

When will democrats stop blaming the republicans for everything bad that happens.

Oh please...Republicans blamed everything on Clinton...it happens to whoever is President...

Whenever they do something wrong, they find some way blame it all on us.

Yes, it happens to whomever is president. Whom shall they blame, since the republicans control everything?!

I got a "news update" the other day on my phone that said something like, "Bush, Blair say Iraq was not as good as they hoped." It made me laugh.

Clinton easily outperformed Bush. Bush shows up to office, and before anything he's taking a vacation. Spending only 1/3 of his time in office in his first year. After september 11, that's when things start to get paniced, first Bush goes after Ossoma (of course), then after he's failed there he goes after Saddam... What did Saddam do? He had nucleur weapons, SO DOES THE US, why are we allowed to have nucleur weapons and no one else is. Anyways we attack their country and now we're still there with a MASSIVE defecit to pay up, leaving a trail for future presidents to be bothered by, oh and if this wasn't for the weapons what was it for? the oil? yes, except it's not goingt to the public is it, it's going to rich idiots who are giving Bush or should I say Cheyney's puppet more money. Bush sends hte National Gaurd to Iraq, they weren't supposed to be there... they were supposed to be in the U.S. for what? Oh i dunno, maybe A HURRICANE! Anyways it shows on how he dealt with katrina... Oh yeah, now recently with the immigration problems, the spanish make a translation for the National Anthem and he sais that this is dumb because immigrants should learn English?? And now with this border control, why are we keeping the illegal immigrants in the US but stopping all others. What did Clinton do? He lied about his personal buisness, AMERICA DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THAT...and guess what other than that he was an amazing president.

I don't think we have any "right" to it, but come on. What does Iraq have to protect in a nuclear invasion? Iran? Seriously. Why would the US attack someone with nuclear bombs in an offensive strike? I just can't foresee something like that happening. It might not be "right" or "fair," but I certainly would rather us have them than most other countries.

I would rather not, it is in the wrong hand siwth Bush! And this is not for us to decide, it's for the U.N. and guess what THEY DISAGREED WITH US! And no Waterr that is not why 9/11 happened, Al Queida was trying to create fear in the U.S. that is what terrorists do!

Wow you're basically ruining the image of the U.S. as you talk. The reason for the U.N. are these factors, if they want to go to war with someone, they work together not apart. Also, you didn't even try to reply to what I was saying you just threw out a dumb remark, which kind of proves that you don't actually care about how this world is run, you just care about the president...We signed that agreement for a reason with the U.N., if we continue acting like we runt he world, make no mistake the U.N. will turn against us...

Where do I mention the president in my last post? Where do I say I think it's a good idea to give him control of nuclear arms or anything of the sort? Please, do tell me. Don't put words in my mouth. My "dumb remark" had a point. I do care how the world is run, but I care first and foremost about my home and our people. And no, I don't think doing every single little thing that the UN tells us to do should be done. Do you think Iran and North Korea obey every command? If you didn't realize, we fund a lot of the UN's peacekeeping operations (wikipedia claims 26%). Taking that into account, my question was this: if we decide to do differently, what are they going to do to stop us? Not every American (especially a lot of the soldiers I have spoken to) agrees with the UN.Furthermore, I've found that the UN actually does say we are allowed nuclear arms. Link

It doesn't matter, the reason we're part of the UN are for world affairs such as this. Iran and North Korea aren't part of the U.N. Also just because you pay for something of theirs doesnt mean you can break the rules of hte orginization. Also i did not say we can't hold nuclear arms, but as i did say if we can everyone can, and it's not our right to go around and take people's nucleur weapons away breaking the contract we signed with the U.N. Honestly, the U.N. may be a joke but it's there for a reason, to keep thing sin order and htey do that however htey failed with us. BCB you're very right about his political level.

Iran signed into the UN on October 24, 1945, and North Korea signed on September 17, 1991. So, you're wrong. You said that we should not have them because of Bush, which is fine. The argument I cannot agree with is that because we have them, everyone should. If you think Pakistan, Iran, and North Korea should be allowed nuclear arms, you are out of your damn mind. These people will do whatever it takes to kill their enemy (we have aligned ourselves with Israel, so Iran should jump out at you). Our country, while it may go into military affairs blindly at times, has some restraint. The US has not signed any contract with the UN to disarm, and if they have, they're foolish (prove me wrong with citations if you like). If the UN fails, then we should not follow it into our graves. If the US fails your state, your city, whatever, the same thing is applicable. The number one priority is protecting your family and your home. If following the rules puts your safety in general, then following is a poor path.

It doesn't matter THAT IS NOT OUR BUISNESS WE ARE NOT THE WORLD LEADERS, that is what i'm trying to get through to you, we don't run this world.

earth is like a freaking reality TV show *sighs* at least ill die in 60 years.

C'mon man your only like 12 right? Grow up Fabulous life only gets better, you havent even seen the first thing yet wait till you grow up.And BCB when you grow up do you want to have an occupation in politics because it seems like you know a lot.I've visited the United Nations like a month ago, nice place. Took a tour as well. But Clinton helping the Jews out who the Muslims hate from past history made them mad because they were always getting the only support. I think that was a bit of the reason, not a lot, not a lot at all./
