The part I don't understand is the part of the Steele dossier that has largely proven true. Of course, some people wouldn't recognize 'true' if it hit them on the nose.

He was the Trump family's fixer. A cell phone that he bought pinged off a cell tower in Prague. That doesn't mean that he was holding it. $5 that it was Don Jr that was Prague, Cohen supplied him with a drop phone but DJ didn't actually drop the phone when he was done.

No part of the fake dossier has been proven to be true.

90% of the Deep State/DNC's Fake Dossier to rig the election "created" by foreign accomplice British Spy Christopher Steele has been proven undeniably false and the other 10% involves unicorns, mermaids and peppermint-flavored aliens and are therefore highly unlikely.
