Source familiar with the case in Miami said Colin Kaepernick was not at his suite during the disturbance or when police arrived.

If all of this stuff is true i think Kaep has some grounds to sue TMZ for running his name through the mud.

That doesn't necessarily prove his innocence. If she was raped, it could have been before the disturbance or before the police were called.
