Commentary on 2019 Mock NBA Draft Game

I had a plan in place last year for free agency. Like I said we started it too late and people weren't around at the end to finish it. The rules for free agency are pretty solid. I had three people that weren't participating and they each had a vote after hearing team's pitches what team they would go to. I had a fourth person to break the tie if they all voted differently.

I would love for you to play but the first time you start something in this thread you're gone.

I would be up for doing something like a 2 phased off-season. We do a Mock-Draft (We Keep those picks). Then in Mid-July, we do our own "Mock Summer" after FA's sign (but with the caveat of we can trade them w/o waiting 6 months). That way we get our picks, but also we don't have to "decide" who gets what FA. HJ Don't take this as me trying to dictate the rules, I think you should know by now I'm good with whatever you come up with. I'll fall in line.

I am definitely not going to allow people to sign free agents and then trade them right away. I like to stick to the actual CBA rules and it already gets crazy enough with all the trades.

As for waiting, it always fizzles out that way. What I would be down for is keeping it going throughout the next season though. That way you could still make trades and stuff up until the real trade deadline.

It's not a threat. This is my game. You came in to the game and ruined the draft last year.

If you want to play nice then I'm happy to have you play. If you're going to be like this move on and please don't come back into this thread.

Bull shit. I didn't ruin your fucking little messed up game as it was made to be ruined by YOUR lack of rules published and participation fading away after the draft which was easily predictable.. Fuck it. You can play your little game. I ain't interested. Now you have little dougie in salem trying to start shit with me. Is he going to be banned from your game?

If the game is going to limited to certain individuals then it should be played via Private Message. If it's here in the main forum it should be open to all until all the teams have GMs or all the Dungeon and Dragons game pieces are taken.

BTW- I would be more than happy to take cup off of ignore, and act in a mature way. Who knows, maybe we'd end up being best buddies, like @ThePosterFormerlyKnownAsTheHCP and I are now!

Last year Cup didn't even play but he came into our draft and got into it with Bones, ruining the thread like he always does. I'm not trying to limit participants but Cup already has caused an issue and we haven't even started playing yet. Several people that play have him on ignore so taking him off ignore will only lead to more crap in both this thread and other threads.

I'm just sick of it. This is a really fun thing and I told him I'd be happy to have him play as long as he behaved and he couldn't handle me asking him that. Please don't let him ruin this for all of us.
