I was surprised to see that Stott's winning percentage (0.547) is only a bit below that of Dr. Jack's (0.552).

I figure after next year, winning 55+ games will get him pretty close.

Dr. Jack had some tough years after losing Walton. Tom Owens was not quite in the same league as Bill.

Compare the playoff winning percentage, or winning percentage against teams with a >0.500 record

I like Stotts. No coach is perfect, but I like it that he seems to give his players a green light to play their game.

I also like it that he pays homage to the Blazer legacy. Dr. Jack for example -
