Conley out for game 4

I hate to see that sort of injury. I hated to see the injuries to the Blazers more. Not to mention it won't affect his career the way Wes' injury will likely affect his. Not to mention how key Wes is to our success.
 
Hate to see this.
Lot of admiration for Conley.
He's consistently overlooked by experts in the league - but he's been playing fantastically - and on top of injuries to boot.
 
I think Memphis will purposely extend this series so they can have Conley back for the GS round

Or it could light a spark under our asses and we take the series. Personally, I think that's playing with fire. They need to try for the sweep and put an end to the beast

I'm all for being the first team ever to come down from 0-3.

It's just that we are not facing the team that would allow that to happen. There are times where their worst is better than our best.

But our best has never been their best so far. All we need are Aldridge and Dame to be good at the same time and we can beat anybody. Memphis has been Dame's kyptonite. If Dame can be himself, the series can seriously swing. He did well last night, but Aldridge took a dump in the first half.

Considering the injuries you've had this season and last decade it's BS if they do. Not to mention the injury isn't necessarily a series altering one - we still have Beno and his mid-range specialty is your teams kryptonite, and Calathes is a capable second string PG.

If the Blazers come back and win the series, they deserve it. Both from on the court play and the shit luck you've had with injuries this lady decade.

Your boards have also shown a lot of class in regards to Mike's injury, thanks for that. It says a lot about you guys.

If the Grizz beat us I'm rooting for them to win it all. I'm a fan of the coach and system. We can still spark a 4 game streak but it's not likely. I hate to see Conley go down for long. We're winning tonight though

There is nothing I hate about Memphis. I am a huge fan of defense and team first mentality. If they beat us, I will be rooting for them to win it all.
 
i def have no ill will towards Memphis. Their team is full of hard nosed bball players that play great together. Envious of that.

We couldn't win Game 3 with Conley missing the last 4 minutes of the 3rd and the entire 4th quarter AND with no Beno Udrih the whole game. Lillard couldn't take advantage of freaking Nick Calathes.

What makes you think we will win tonight with Memphis starting Beno Udrih? Both Beno and Calathes are better than Lillard in this series.

Lillard scored 22 points and had 9 assists in Game 3. Those are both above his season averages.

He shot 28.6% from three and didn't hit one big shot for us in the fourth quarter. Not one. After Conley got hurt I thought he would abuse Calathes and drive by him, take over, do something. Anything. Nope. He scored FOUR POINTS from the 4:03 mark in the 3rd quarter where Conley got hurt to the 1 min mark in the fourth quarter when the game was over. FOUR POINTS on a third string PG! Dude straight up sucked in crunch time against a third string point guard.
