No it's a dumb meme.
A week later, none of those masks have materialized, and Kaiser is cooperating with a federal fraud investigation into the deal, a spokesman for the health plan confirmed.
There is no indication that the union is a target of the investigation, and the exact reasons why the masks didn’t come through remain unclear. But the failed arrangement marks the latest in a smoke-and-mirrors marketplace for equipment in short supply as hospitals and other healthcare facilities in California and beyond prepare for an onslaught of COVID-19 patients.
here are yet more charts and graphs. These are interactive and you can highlight Oregon in the state graphs

we're doing pretty well so far in Oregon, but it's inevitably going to get worse
No it's a dumb meme.
China has about 1.5B not 3.5 not arguing your questions just throwing it out there.I'd like to know how the person/s speculating on COVID deaths in China can somehow differentiate between actual virus deaths vs the 1000's of deaths per day from other causes ?...that article does not address this question.
I mean, China has what, about 3.5 Billion people?...it would seem to me that the crematories are burning all of the dead, and not just COVID victims. But this does not deter from speculation from people creating conspiracy theories without factual evidence.
Blindly tweeting and retweeting is another part of "the new normal".

Problem with Oregon numbers is that we have tested very few so have no idea how many are really infected. I don't understand how an administration can fight the virus if we don't even have a clue of how many are truly infected.
Not going to lie, I was really happy to learn that my job was included in the essential business category. My job is under the guidance of Florida Wildlife Research Institute, and a lot of the positions were deemed non essential.
I hate to say it amongst all the praise and thanks she’s receiving from New Yorkers and others (she’s trending on twitter), but that was my very first thought when I read the newsHope Oregon doesn't need them any time soon because if they do they aren't getting them back.
Speaking for Texas, my county has drive through testing available daily that can handle up to 500 peoplemaybe, but I posted some testing comparisons by states a few days ago based upon this map:
https://www.politico.com/interactives/2020/coronavirus-testing-by-state-chart-of-new-cases/
I compared the ratios of numbers of tests vs number of positive results; they have changed over the last week or so,
but as of today, total-tests/positive-results for some states:
New Mexico 36.7
Montana 22.9
Utah 19.5
Oregon 18.0
Arizona 13.9
Washington 12.1
Texas 10.5
Nevada 9.6
Florida 9.6
Idaho 8.9
Colorado 5.5
Louisiana 5.2
California 3.3
New York 2.6
Michigan 1.9
obviously, states with small populations have an easier time testing. And there is some suspect skew against 'blue' states. That Texas and Florida are able to test at 3-4 times the rate of California, New York, and Michigan looks really suspicious
but Oregon appears to be doing well in relation to positive test results
Yikes.That's not good news.
Dumb ass
Yikes.

Fauci told us there was nothing to worry about.Governor of Iowa when asked why the state did not have shutdown despite what Dr. Fauci recommended replied that Dr. Fauci might not be very well informed.
Clearly country's top virologist knows less than failed businessman/reality TV host.
