Oh, I thought your post was in reference to the FDA not recommending the Pfizer Booster.
Glad it was your brain fart instead of mine.

Been a problem in Washington as well. This is so maddening and depressing. We don’t need to look to redneck states for the results of vaccine resistance to be destroying the health care system and leaving people with other conditions without needed access to care. It’s here in Oregon:

must be some sort of conspiracy, all these folks dying all of a sudden

So no booster is bullshit, considering that the vaccine's effectiveness seems to wane out after 8 months.
So basically we have a vaccine passport, but we have very little immunity benefit since no booster?
Holy smokes! I could lose a few days on that website.
Don't worry. There's still ivermectin and HCQ to protect you. And light, and bleach, and not wearing a mask.

The actual percentage of Israelis who are fully vaccinated is 61.5%, which is well under any herd immunity threshold that's been discussed. But why let facts get in your way when you want to post a bullshit tweet?
I guess I can just get a booster as long as I claim a medical condition, which they can't ask specifics of because HIPAA.
I still want to know the reasons why we can't get the booster shot.
But 80% of those eligible for vaccines are fully vaccinated. Its 61% if you take into account kids that can't get vaccinated.
That isn't what HIPAA is.

The virus doesn't give a shit who is eligible for a vaccine.
Also, the 70% figure was for the original covid. Delta is MUCH higher, probably in the neighborhood of 90%.

And now we have less and less protection as time goes on with no booster, making vaccine passports moot.

But herd immunity doesn't give a shit how old the vulnerable people are. It takes somewhere between 70 & 90% of the entire population to have protection either from vaccination or the old-fashioned way of getting the disease. Dumbshits who don't get vaccinated are eventually going to add to the immune herd by getting sick...unless they die.
moot is a vast exaggeration.

Are you upset that the FDA rejected booster shots? The boosters were meant to sustain the protection for the vaccinated.
Sounds like you're going to have some difficult decisions for your wedding.
