Judge decided to cancel scheduled hearing in mask mandate and just issued ruling without a hearing. Also ordered it applicable to all transit, not just companies in suit. But judicial overreach is fine if it's a Trumper.

The judge was appointed post 2020 election. True, Obama couldn't be allowed to name a judge 10 months before an election so the people could decide, but that only applies to Democrats. The ruling makes it clear she knows nothing of public health or disease control. She is 8 years out of law school. Never tried a case before getting lifetime appointment to federal judiciary. Her husband works for white supremacist Stephen Miller. She was rated unqualified by Bar Association due to total lack of experience.
