Yes, and no... Ive been going over the numbers everyday at least per that site and the trend does look good. Of course more data is better, but we have to use the number we have.
This is the equivalent of a full basketball game being played but you're only allowed to see the score and stats after the first minute but then presenting it like the team that was up 4-3 after that minute won the game and the player with 3 points is the leading scorer in the NBA.

The numbers mean absolutely nothing.

It could very well work in conjunction with Chloroquine, but that french study had only 22 people (and only 10 who received the combo) and none of them were people with pre-existing cardiac conditions. Taking an antibiotic without prior validation of the is dangerous, especially for already vulnerable populations. I am in this industry, if it were that simple the FDA would have already approved this.

I’m only reporting what the theory is. The malaria drug helps zinc prevent the virus from replicating. The antibiotic treats secondary lung infections. More testing is obviously needed. I don’t take medical advice from Trump. I’ll leave it to the professionals to figure out how to use this information.

A story barely covered. A British cruise ship was in the Caribbean when some passengers became ill with COVID-like symptoms. They tried numerous ports of call but Bermuda, Bahamas, Dominican Republic all said no. Cuba allowed the ship to dock and started testing everyone. They said they would treat anyone who is sick. If fucking Cuban can test and treat a boatload of foreigners to whom they have no obligation, why the fuck can't this country test health care workers?

Well, have you seen 1st quarter stats before cause they do mean something. Never said it was all encompassing, but in this case if thats your attitude than literally none of the numbers matter because no one has a full set of numbers not any one...

Oh and honestly you know how I know your analogy is garbage? Ive literally been checking those numbers almost everyday for two weeks and been posting them most days as the numbers change. I never once claimed they showed the entire picture, but they do show an encouraging trend. Its more like checking the score every 5 minutes and seeing the trend the game if the Blazers were up 2, then 4, then 5, the. 7, etc. It doesnt mean they won but it would be a good trend that as a fan we’d like to see even if it was in the 1st quarter.

I totally get that we have to use the data we have. But data can't suggest what isn't collected. Once it can, it's gonna boom.

I personally think the Trump administration doesn't know how to handle this. They are deeply overwhelmed. That's why he gets so defensive.

Absolutely, I said I expected numbers of those who have it to Skyrocket days ago as they test. I never once said it was an all inclusive dataset. I am saying that right now the trend in terms of death rate in the US appears to be going in the direction we want it to go. Which of course doesnt mean the numbers will always go that way, or that we know how it’ll end up. We’ll have to wait and get more data. If Im able, I’ll post the numbers tomorrow of the score at the 3 minute mark in the 1st for people to say dont mean anything lol.

That would be an incredible sad statement on our nation, at large. Wouldn't it?

Yes, although not a new one.

55% of people got conned.

He's awful. The worst we will ever have in this country. The facts are already there. One day everyone will wake up and know we were right all along.
One thing Trump knows is reality TV, where nothing is real. He has a reality TV episode every day carried on every network. People are glad he appears to be taking this seriously after months of saying it's a hoax. He says tests are available to all who need them, cure imminent, medical personnel have everything they need, all lies. When people get sick or someone in their family does it's going to be apparent he's a liar. And incompetent. And stupid.

Yep. US just rocketed past S. Korea and France, into 6th place worldwide for number of cases. We were in 8th place (barely in the playoffs) for the last week or two. Now with a bit of a win streak we can get home court advantage. Need Germany and Spain to cool off a bit.

Update: we have HCA. Now in 4th place behind China, Italy, and Spain. Passed Germany and Iran.
Spain is in our sights, possibly by tomorrow. China and Italy will be tougher but if we all band together we can defeat them.

I’m not gonna lie, it actually restores some of my faith in humanity when people completely disregard government orders and take their talents to the beach.
Yeah, there's been no reported cases at the beach yet. Let's change that! Who cares that a lot of the people that live there are older and more at risk.

Bravo.

Nothing like being scorned into making the right decision. LOL

"Tennessee Man" may one day rival "Florida Man".
