JB, c'mon man,... not sure that it matters whether the graphic/picture was photoshopped or not...it was intended as an example and to send a message. But instead of disputing the message you decided instead to simply dispute how the message was delivered.

I assume you're joking. This isn't a medical diagram, it's meant to illustrate how this works. Calling "photoshop" on this is just stupid. Are you seriously alleging that two people wouldn't actually have two breaths, it takes photoshopping the person and reversing it to create two breaths from two people?

You forgot to point out that that's condensation on the air and not "ack'shul coronavirus" in the picture.

More than 40 Florida hospitals in multiple counties across the state have maxed out their ICU capacity or are close to running out of intensive care beds as the coronavirus outbreak across the Sunshine State worsens, according to the state’s Agency for Health Care Administration.

As of Tuesday, more than 5,000 Florida patients were using roughly 83% of the state’s more than 6,000 ICU beds, according to Florida’s health agency, which is responsible for licensing the state’s health-care facilities. That leaves a little more than 1,000 free ICU beds, compared with nearly 1,400 available ICU beds less than three weeks ago, according to CBS’ local affiliate WTSP.

Just got off the phone with my son in California...oldest son....my two granddaughters have covid 19...they are in their 20s and went back to work last month...their uncle and my ex wife are being tested today and live in the same house they do....just so you know...when it hits family, it goes beyond social media examples and permission....covid doesn't need your permission...in my life...this just hit home and it sucks....it's no longer a cute talking point about political ideologies...it's fucking dangerous...I hope it hasn't spread to their siblings or any other family members down on the Central California coast....

An alternate interpretation is that there are a lot of paranoid weirdos whose conspiratorial grasp on reality is tenuous at best, and the hope is that the irony of their deaths as a direct result of their lunacy might serve as a cautionary tale to the others afflicted with such stupidity.
