“J&J emphasized that so-called adverse events — illnesses, accidents, and other bad medical outcomes — are an expected part of a clinical study, and also emphasized the difference between a study pause and a clinical hold, which is a formal regulatory action that can last much longer. The vaccine study is not currently under a clinical hold. J&J said that while it normally communicates clinical holds to the public, it does not usually inform the public of study pauses.”

Doesn't seem to bother them. I'm wondering if it spreads among their families they will vote for Trump in three weeks? A part of me says serves them right.

I'm past giving a fuck. If they want to put themselves and their families in danger, let em. Natural selection at work.
This is my stance too at this point. Of course, they could very easily give it to someone who is totally innocent but as far as these people go I want the ‘Vid deep inside them.

That's the problem, they can infect anyone and overburden health care workers.

A lot are too dumb to get themselves help. Maybe they’ll just go quietly. Yes the rest screw over innocent people. But it’s happening regardless so just need them to get sick and die.

KEY POINTS
  • The U.S. is "facing a whole lot of trouble" as coronavirus cases continue to surge across the country, Dr. Anthony Fauci told CNBC on Monday.
  • The U.S. reported more than 44,600 new cases on Sunday and the seven-day average rose to over 49,200 new cases per day, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University.
  • "That's a bad place to be when you're going into the cooler weather of the fall and the colder weather of the winter," Fauci said in an interview on The News with Shepard Smith.

if you read about the history of vaccine development, pauses like this are extremely common. What's different this time is the massive public focus on Covid vaccine development and trump having politicized the vaccine story so heavily

Back in March-April when there was the initial launch of dozens to vaccine trials, the majority of experts were saying the earliest a vaccine would be widely available would be next summer. That seemed right then, and still seems right.

There will be hitches in the process....always are

Man the people just don’t care anymore as far as I can see. Pretty sad to see.

it's the same people not caring now who didn't care months ago. The are belligerently stupid and aggressively ignorant. fuck em

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cn...covid-19-reinfection-confirmed-in-the-us.html

A 25-year-old man becomes first in the U.S. to contract coronavirus twice, with second infection 'more severe'

KEY POINTS
  • It is the first confirmed case of a U.S. patient becoming re-infected with Covid-19, and the fifth known case reported worldwide.
  • The resident of Washoe County, Nevada, who had no known immune disorders or history of significant underlying conditions, required hospital treatment on testing positive for Covid-19 for the second time.
  • He has now recovered, though the case raises further questions about the prospect of developing protective immunity against the coronavirus.

But Giuliani just said no one dies of Corona virus.

it's like people in the trump campaign have just said "fuck it all, let's have a contest to see who can tell the most idiotic ridiculous lie that our dumbass ignorant supporters will believe"

Dr. Fauci slammed Trump for running ads pretending to have his endorsement.

Trump then ridiculed Dr. Fauci for not being able to throw a baseball.

On the bright side of things, Trump is looking like an idiot more each day!
