There is absolutely no excuse for any segment of society to not get vaccinated, regardless of race, religion, politics or where you live. My daughter was administering vaccines on a daily basis at the convention center and she feels excuses are fucking cop outs. How is it that a % 0f special needs, elderly, minorities, people of all demographics & segments can come in and get vaccinated, but a larger percentage of some of the groups don't? No excuses unless you are a child.
Its not just republicans, dems or church ladies its all groups.

I don’t think people are claiming their car ran out of gas on the way to the clinic. That’s not what’s happening here in the way of excuses. They don’t want the vaccine, and don’t feel they should be bullied into taking it. No excuses necessary.

I agree with that and its part of the point I failed to make that, its a choice, for a percentage off all groups

It's not bullied if you are protecting a large segment of society. The unvaccinated should be quarantined before they infect my loved ones or me, for that matter.

Should we let those with measles or exposed to those with measles or small pox or a myriad of other dangerous infectious diseases go out into the public or should we do as we do now and quarantine them? Thank you for giving me Covid-19 which could be deadly for me.

Uh that’s the point. I got the shot so I DONT have to shut down anything. And you ARE supposed to because you won’t get a shot. But you do what you want and fuck everyone else. And watch the news or read up please about trending Covid numbers. Oregon is up +243% in three weeks now. Thanks for coming.

I’m ‘supposed’ to do what exactly? Hide out in my house? I don’t know where the fuck you live, but it’s not where I live. We’re living our lives here and people aren’t dying of covid. Go ahead and get your pom poms out and cheerlead when you get locked down again. Blame it on your neighbors and not your government. Good luck with it.

You're being deliberately obtuse. The healthcare system cannot handle the spread amongst so many unvaccinated people.

We should require every unvaccinated person wear masks in buildings open to the public. And the government should cover the costs incurred by businesses to enforce it. If that means paying $50 per hour for security so be it.

Pay every fully vaccinated person $2k.

Get serious about it.

If you get the measles you are given the choice of either confining yourself to your house vis a vis a quarantine or going to the hospital where you are effectively quarantined to your room.
