I asked about it. Doctor said since I had all the shots and no risk factors it was best not to unless my condition worsened. Tea, cough syrup, vaporizer and Lucia.

Went to urgent care this morning for a stuffy nose and dry cough. Turns out that I have a mild case of bronchitis. I am happy that it wasn't covid. I am also happy I won't need antibiotics. Just a few days rest and I will be better.

My mom has been fighting COVID for over a week. She says all she has is a little congestion, but still keeps testing positive.

Chicken soup would be my normal at this time. Expect that I stopped buying it a couple years ago. After the change to my diet, I can't hardly eat anything processed anymore.

I do make sure to get plenty of rest and plenty of liquids though.

As long as this stays a mild bronchitis, I will be happy that it isn't worse than it is. This will take less time to recover from than it would take to recover from covid or the flu. So even though I am sick, I still lucked out.

I don't think there's a recipe out there that you can't find a Youtube video that shows you step by step how to do it.

Cooking is easy, especially if you have a passion for it.

I wish that I would have done that, but instead I quarantined and ended up getting it 4 days later, prolonging both of our suffering.

Yeah, I slept on the couch when she started coughing and kept the fans running in the apartment. Now that shes def positive, I am keeping away. Hopefully I don't develop anything. 2nd time for her getting covid and I havent' had it yet.
