The green Tabasco is still there for breakfast. It is amazing on potatoes and eggs. Not for spice but for flavor.

Speaking of Costco. We’re doing some Costco pre seasoned pork ribs today. 3-2-1 method.

$20 for 2 big sets of ribs.

Always a good deal and always a big hit.

3 hours smoke. 2 hours in foil pocket with beer, brown sugar and butter, and one hour with sauce.
