They're going to be capped out and will have a roster full of G-League fodder after their big three.

The counter is simple: build an elite second unit. We're pretty close -- bring back Kanter and trade for Joe Harris and this bench could be gnarly, especially if Anfernee breaks out.

What say you?

Having an elite second unit doesn’t win championships.

I think they will get good players to sign cheap to form a super team

It will help us get extra wins in regular season but before playoffs come they will get 2-3 very good buyout players and will have an extremely good 7-8 man rotation for the playoffs which matters more.

wow...I like Joe its nice to see someone else mention him as a possibility.

...could this be considered countering the Lakers? Or more vice-versa type thing :dunno:

I wonder if there is a Blazers thread like this on the Lakers forum?
Of course not they are too egocentric and egotistical to be either self aware or outward looking, or consider the possibility that any other team is a threat to their perceived birthright and imagined manifest destiny.

OIW: Those entitled shit brains think their shit don't stink.
