Who would you pick with the #5 and #6, assuming we traded all of the guys you listed and were somehow guaranteed to sign Dragic and Hawes?
Barnes and Drummond?
Drummond and Waiters?
Barnes and Waiters?
Barnes and Lillard?
Drummond and Lillard?
TRob, MKG, Barnes, Beal in that order. We are guaranteed to get one of those at 5. Now at 6 I'm not sure, I guess I'd take Drummond but I'd see if Cleveland would be interested in giving us Beal but we probably wouldn't have the trade assets left to also do that. Guess I'm never happy where we are at

Hawes
LaMarcus
Batum
Barnes (or Beal)
Dragic
I go back and forth on Drummond. I would like to see a more NBA ready player to pair with LaMarcus while we have an all-star in his prime, I don't think it's a great strategy to wait 4 years for a young guy to develop. With the new CBA the big advantage of rookies is their on-court value greatly exceeds their rookie salary. A guy that needs 4 years to develop provides none of that advantage. By the time he is ready to be a big time contributor he is a restricted free agent, and if he is any good as a center he is getting a near max contract. That would reduce the resources to fill the roster with above average starters at other positions.
I'm not a big Lillard fan, so maybe I'd lean towards Waiters. Now that you have me type out all my thoughts I almost want to just leave the pick 11 alone and instead swap our 6 to Sacramento for their 5. Our #40 might be enough to get that done.
