The state didn't seem too upset about it all. Kitzy got a totally free pass so I wonder why the feds are all upset. It was only a quarter of a billion dollars.

I think the GOP will try and make a stink over it, the CRC debacle, state investment money lost... but with The Oregonian taking a hands off approach to the left and with an overwhelming democrat voter base in the Portland area, Kitzy has nothing to worry about. Oregon is a safe haven for the left to do whatever they want to. And that's not to bash the left, as there are some GOP states that are the same way. It's a shame, personally, as we live in an era of increasingly zero accountablity for politicians.
