He did participate in drafting the bill, he just forgot to lobby for raising the relief for nearly all from $600 to $2,000. He's an idiot.

Earlier in the year, I'd definitely have believed that that was the idea, but what does "lower unemployment" do for him now? Based on how he thinks, he'd be "improving" the numbers for the incoming Biden administration.

Anyone who clamored for this less than worthless bill to get signed just sold all our grandchildren’s futures down the river for a $600 bribe. Congratulations.

Funny thing here is this just shows how incompetent Trump really is. If he had been advocating for 2k per month since March then he would have easily won the election. It would have perfectly fit his populist image.
