I've only been once while on a cross country trip and it was as good or bad as any diner I've been to on the side of the interstate. It was pretty busy though, which surprised me. Wasn't worth the wait but we were hungry after a long day of driving and they have those big American sized portions. Meh

I always liked Shari's over Denny's. I didn't realize how reasonable Shari's was until I went to Elmer's recently, same menu, costs twice as much, lol.
